Working with a talented team of Customer Success professionals, Michael is responsible for all post-sale customer relationships at Airship which includes supporting, guiding and enabling the global customer base to drive more business impact through the mobile device.
Michael has more than 20 years of experience leading global customer success organizations in the Martech arena and has worked with many of the world’s leading brands to deliver business results through the design and implementation of programs that deepen audience engagement. His knowledge of marketing channels and how best to leverage them is applied to each brand’s efforts to cut through the noise and connect with their target audience. From his time at Epsilon, eBay Enterprise, Marketing Evolution and TapClicks, Michael has a background in data management & analysis, eCommerce, marketing attribution and business intelligence. Taking a holistic view of the relationship brands have with their customers Michael views the marketing objectives of brands through a data, technology and tactics lens.
