James is currently SVP, Marketing Operations at SiriusXM. In this role, James is responsible for integrating and aligning a Marketing Operations function under one umbrella organization, and leading the successful implementation of the Company’s campaign management initiative. He and his team have the primary responsibility for the design, build, execution, evaluation and optimization of multi-channel direct marketing activities across the company.
Prior to SiriusXM, James spent 12 years at The New York Times in various roles, most recently leading marketing, sales, partnerships and marketing operations for the company’s digital subscription business. Under James’ leadership, The Times successfully launched and ran their digital subscription business and routinely surpassed each quarter’s subscriber and financial expectations.
James holds a BBA in Marketing Management from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
